You promised yourself that you would make healthier choices.

At one point, you’ve decided that you want to be healthier. You want to drink more water, eat more vegetables, and move your body daily. You want to get up before the rest of your house and carve time out of your day to journal. Or paint. Or something else…

and your heart feels heavy,
and you don’t have the strength to
get out of bed in the morning,
or keep putting one foot in front of the other,
I hope you remember to hold on.
