There is graffiti on the plywood covering a construction site
in Manhattan that says fuck this,
and then, some other soul decided to write: life is beautiful.
Because life is beautiful.
Beautiful in the quiet moments when a stranger tries to write a line to make someone else’s day.
Beautiful when strangers hold open doors for the person shuffling behind them.
