You feel things differently. You pay attention to details — like
what it feels like to stand in the sun. Like how the stars seem to dance
when they twinkle in the sky above. Like how your loved ones take
their coffee. You notice things like eye color. Like dimples. Like the
sadness in people’s eyes. When music plays, you feel it in your bones.
When you hear a poem that stirs your spirit, you are unafraid
to shed a tear. When you meet someone new, you sit with them long
enough to listen to their story. When you have the soul of an
artist, you have a heart that yearns to create. To give. To make
this world a little bit brighter. To unearth things that some might
want to keep buried. There’s something in you that needs to sing.
To paint. To compose. To act. To write. To direct. To create. To love.
To bring it all to light.
